Guerrero Hernandez (Danny Trejo) è il capo di una banda di fuorilegge che, dopo aver liberato il fratellastro Red dal carcere, ha in mente di saccheggiare la città mineraria di Edendale. Red però ha un piano diverso e uccide Guerrero. Un anno più tardi, a seguito di un patto stipulato con Satana (Mickey Rourke), Guerrero torna dalla morte per cercare vendetta e trasformare le strade della cittadina, ormai ribattezzata come Tombstone, in un fiume di sangue.
