Contengono quanto resta degli zombie che vent'anni prima avevano causato tante vittime e che sono stati tenuti lì per essere studiati. Due ragazzi inavvertitamente distruggono i bidoni e liberano i mostri che iniziano a fare vittime, tra cui un gruppo di punk e in seguito gli stessi ragazzi. L'esercito sgancia una bomba atomica nella zona per circoscrivere il fenomeno, ma forse non basterà...
