Braccato dai rappresentanti della legge, in breve li mette fuori combattimento. Viene chiamata la Guardia Nazionale, ma per l'ex Berretto Verde è un gioco da ragazzi tenerla in scacco. Alla fine Rambo si arrende al suo ex colonnello, appositamente venuto da Washington.
