Nel felice sobborgo di una grande città, ogni casa ha un giardino verde con tanti fiori colorati, tutte tranne una. In questo lugubre edificio si nasconde il perfido Groo, un incallito criminale che sta progettando il furto del secolo: vuole infatti rubare la Luna!
