Fin da bambina Virginia ha avuto delle visioni: ha previsto per esempio il suicidio della madre. Ora, fresca sposa di Francesco Ducci, "vede" l'omicidio di una donna murata nella villa del marito. Questi finisce dapprima in carcere poi, scagionato, esce, ma l'omicidio previsto da Virginia deve ancora accadere... Tentativo abile, e in parte riuscito, di trasfondere elementi scientifici in una paradossale vicenda horror.
