Ivan
Danko, capitano della polizia sovietica, viene mandato in missione a
Chicago per catturare Viktor Rostavili, pericoloso trafficante di droga
che ha ucciso il suo miglior amico e collega. Negli Stati Uniti, al
granitico Danko viene affiancato l'estroverso agente Art Ridzik, e la
forzata convivenza tra i due crea non pochi problemi. Nel frattempo
Viktor semina il panico in città e sfida i due poliziotti.
