Realizzato il servizio, vorrebbe partire subito, ma una tempesta di neve lo blocca. Prende alloggio in una locanda e, la mattina, svegliandosi rivive tutti i fatti del giorno prima. Così anche le mattine successive. Dapprima incredulo, quindi allarmato, poi atterrito, Phil volge però a suo favore la situazione. Ramis (ex Ghostbuster) ha realizzato un film serissimo mascherandolo da commedia. Bill Murray (altro ex Ghostbuster) si muove come in un videogioco, la posta del quale è non solo la mano della bella principessa, ma la riconquista del tempo.
