Allo scopo di rimpiazzare le notevoli perdite tra le file dei soldati mandati in guerra, il governo sta studiando un virus capace di rianimare i morti. Nel corso delle sperimentazioni tenute in Nebraska qualcosa però va storto e i militari hanno l'ordine di eliminare gli zombie generati dal propagarsi del virus, tra i quali un gruppo di spogliarelliste contagiate da un soldato.
