Hollywood. Dopo il primo omicidio rituale, tanto per non perdere il vizio ci troviamo sul set del film nel film "Stab 3", che dovrebbe raccontare gli eventi realmente (?) accaduti nel primo "Scream". Solo che il solito pazzo assassino, seguendo i suggerimenti della sceneggiatura, uccide uno a uno gli attori, anche se il suo scopo è ancora una volta arrivare a Sidney.
