Trama:Uno sfortunato terzetto di rapinatori viene bloccato nella squallida El Blanco, regno del boss McMahon. Tentativo malriuscito di spaghetti western con un buon cast composto quasi esclusivamente da star del mondo della musica. Infatti accanto a Dennis Hopper troviamo Grace Jones, Elvis Costello, Joe Strummer (ex componente dei Clash), Courtney Love (vedova Cobain e fondatrice della band "The Hole"), il gruppo irlandese dei Pogues e il regista indipendente Jim Jarmusch. Dirige Alex Cox, autore di un buon film ("Sid e Nancy", 1986) sulla vita di Sid Vicious, leader dei Sex Pistols e della sua compagna Nancy Sprungen.
