Il Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert for AIDS Awareness è stato un concerto all'aperto che si è tenuto il lunedì di Pasqua, il 20 aprile 1992 allo stadio di Wembley a Londra, per un pubblico di 72.000 persone. Il concerto è stato prodotto per la televisione da Ray Burdis e trasmesso in diretta in televisione e radio in 76 paesi in tutto il mondo, con un pubblico fino a un miliardo. Il concerto è stato un tributo alla vita del defunto frontman dei Queen, Freddie Mercury, con tutti i proventi destinati alla ricerca sull'AIDS. Lo spettacolo ha segnato il concerto finale del bassista John Deacon con i Queen (salva due apparizioni dal vivo con Brian May, Roger Taylor ed Elton John nel 1997).
