Mathew V is a 21 year old singer/songwriter based out of Vancouver BC, Canada. After 10 years of classical operatic vocal training, Mathew moved to London, England at the age of 17 to teach himself how to write pop music. Now with obvious British pop and old school Soul influences, Mathew is writing emotive, powerful and vocally led pop songs. The Fifth is his debut album. The album showcases the classically trained singer’s dynamic range as not only an emotive balladeer but also as a rising force in the dance and pop landscape. The album features the hits “Tell Me Smooth”, “Broken” and “Let Me Go”.
