Carole & Tuesday è una serie televisiva anime di 24 episodi prodotta dallo studio Bones in occasione del ventesimo anniversario dello fondazione dello studio.
In un'epoca dove l'umanità ha colonizzato il pianeta Marte, Carole vive nella metropoli marziana di Alba City guadagnandosi da vivere con lavori saltuari, ma coltivando il sogno di diventare musicista. Un giorno incontra per caso Tuesday, una ragazza benestante appena scappata di casa con solo una valigia e la sua chitarra acustica Gibson, anche lei col sogno della musica. Le due ragazze non lo sanno ancora, ma la loro amicizia rivoluzionerà di lì a poco tutto il campo culturale e musicale, ormai da troppo tempo coltivato unicamente dalle IA visto che l'apporto creativo umano sembrava ormai esaurito.
