La figlia dell'attuale compagna di Paul Kersery muore di overdose. Paul indaga e uccide lo spacciatore che l'ha rifornita. Aiutato da un certo Nathan White, riesce poi a sgominare due bande di narcotrafficanti prima di accorgersi che Nathan è il vero boss e che si è servito di lui per liberarsi di pericolosi concorrenti. La vendetta del "giustiziere" si scatena a questo punto contro il bersaglio più importante.
