Dopo aver ucciso anche il suo boss, Lopez, ne sposa la donna, Elvira. Raggiunto l'apice, iniziano però per Tony i guai: personalità instabile, il nuovo boss offende l'importante alleato boliviano, Sosa. Il rapporto con Elvira naufraga e per di più la sorella Gina, di cui è morbosamente innamorato, va a sposare proprio Manny.
